Open the parent (top level) location to which other locations need to be defined.
Expand the Child Locations topic.
Do one of the following:
If you want to add a new location, click the New link.
or
If you want to add an existing location, click the Query Locations link to search for locations, then drag the location(s) you want from the search results onto the Child Locations topic.
(Optional)
To continue to build a location hierarchy, double-click one of the child locations in the list to open it, then repeat steps 2 to 4.
Tip: Click the Delete icon to remove a particular location from the top level location.
